Can I reuse my vessel?

Of Course! There are many uses for your vessel. Just make sure that you clean it properly before your next use.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% soy wax for our candles and wax melts.

Do you accept returns?

In order to be eligible for a return, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.

Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days. We also reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet conditions outlined above.

Gift Cards and Candle Club purchases are not eligible for returns/refunds.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! If your items arrived damaged please contact us ASAP so we can evaluate the situation. We reserve the right to use our discretion when it comes to damaged products so we will work with you as best we can.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing times are 2-4 business days and transit time varies depending on your distance from Philadelphia. In most cases, you will receive your order within 10 business days. Please see your estimated delivery date at checkout.
